Half-Year Update: What We've Achieved Together

RADR Project: Direct Aid for Isolated, Little-Known Russian Political Prisoners and Abducted Ukrainians

Over the six months of the RADR project “Direct Aid to Isolated, Little-Known Russian Political Prisoners and Abducted Ukrainians,” we have accomplished more together than we ever imagined. We are not just the project team. We are a community.

That means you: everyone who donates, volunteers, refuses to look away, sends words of support, writes letters, and spreads the word. Thanks to all of you, 54 political prisoners have received assistance.

📌 From January to June 2025, together we raised:

• 1,150,000 rubles raised
• 1,046,000 rubles delivered directly to political prisoners
• 48,800 rubles used to cover bank and FSIN transfer fees

📈 Number of people who received aid each month:

• January — 24 people
• February — 25 people
• March — 29 people
• April — 38 people
• May — 39 people
• June — 45 people

👥 Since the launch of the project, 54 political prisoners have received support. Among them: 46 men and 8 women — 20 of them are abducted or captured Ukrainians.

💬 These people are not criminals. They are behind bars on fabricated charges — for words, for anti-war actions, for defending their country, or simply for refusing to stay silent. They need our support — now, and every day. Our help is a reminder: they are not forgotten. That we exist. That you exist.
